We hope that you will be happy with your Flocking Legless purchase, but if for any reason you're not, then please contact us for a Returns Authorisation Number.
RETURNS & EXCHANGES
You can get a full refund or exchange an item for an alternative product within 30 days of the original purchase (time limit exceptions may be made – at our discretion - for orders outside of the UK). Items must be returned to us as new, with all original packaging and in a saleable condition.
In the unlikely event that the item you have received is sub standard, please email firstname.lastname@example.org with your order details and a photo or description of the fault. We will then respond with details of how to resolve this matter.
We will not accept returns that have been soiled, torn or damaged due to incorrect washing. Each product is wash-tested and quality control checked prior to leaving the Flocking Legless Studio.
Shipping charges for the return of goods will be paid for by you and we will incur the cost of redelivering the exchanged goods. Customers must get proof of posting when returning the product to us.
Refunds will be credited to the same card with which you made your original purchase. If for any reason that is not possible (i.e. the card has expired) we will contact you for further information. We refund all orders in sterling. If the exchange rate has changed since the date of the initial order we cannot be held responsible for this.
When you request an exchange, it may be that the product you request as a replacement is out of stock by the time we receive your return. If this is the case, you will be refunded and we will notify you of this.
On receipt of the return, you will receive an email of confirmation with information regarding the time scale of when your refund or replacement order will be processed. Average time for this is 3-7 working days.
When trying your purchases, please ensure that the environment is free of smoke and any strong odours such as food cooking etc. We will be unable to accept the return of any item where there is evidence that these instructions have not been followed. Please also ensure there are no stickers or sellotape etc on the packaging, especially gift boxes and that this is returned in the original box.
If the item is personalised then unfortunately we do not accept returns, unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
If there are any issues, then we ask that all customers get in touch with us. We will always try to help and suggest suitable alternatives if possible.
